Due to the age of the building that makes up The George we have to admit that we are not the most accessible of hotels to users of wheel chairs or for those with limited mobility. All bedrooms are located on the first floor and we do not have a lift also the front door has a step up to it. once inside the restaurant and public bar are on the ground floor the toilets have a small step up to them.

Our staff are here to help all guests including those with mobility, visual or hearing impairment. If you think you may have difficulties in accessing The George for whatever reason, please call or email us with your questions and we will do our utmost to help you.
